Questions and answers
You can help us if you have indications that employees of Enapter AG or other persons are acting contrary to the interests of our company or otherwise improperly, and report this. This includes serious compliance violations and criminal offences such as corruption and fraud, theft and embezzlement, coercion and mobbing, but also other breaches of rules such as discrimination, abuse of power or environmental or human rights-related risks and other breaches of duty. Even imminent or planned violations may and should be reported. Mere suspicions can also be reported. Even if these subsequently turn out to be unfounded, the whistleblower is not facing any disadvantages.
However, the whistleblower system is not suitable for complaints or for reporting emergencies!
We have commissioned the law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek to receive and process tips. The law firm performs the tasks of an internal Reporting Office for Enapter AG.
Various reporting channels are available to you: You can submit your report in person, by telephone, by e-mail, by letter, by web form (German, English) or by fax using the following contact details.

Describe the facts of the case as precisely as possible, name the persons involved, the time and place of the incident and provide the names of possible witnesses. If possible, also send documents such as pictures, e-mails, etc. that support the suspicion.
You decide which data you want to provide, whether you want to remain anonymous or whether you want to be available to the persons of trust appointed by us for further questions.
Within seven days of receipt of your report, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your report, provided you have left contact details. Within a further three months you will receive feedback on the further handling of your report and the measures taken, provided that this feedback does not jeopardise any internal investigations and does not affect the rights of third parties.
All personal data will be treated confidentially. If you wish, you may even submit your report anonymously.
The whistleblower system complies with the relevant legal regulations. All reports are received by trusted lawyers and processed responsibly before they are forwarded to the responsible office of Enapter AG.
The documentation of your report to Enapter AG will be deleted no later than three years after the conclusion of the proceedings.
Whistleblowers are subject to protection under labour law if, at the time of reporting to the internal reporting office, they have sufficient reason to believe that the information they reported was true. In addition, the report must concern a matter that is subject to the Whistleblower Protection Act, i.e. in particular criminal offences or serious administrative offences. They must not suffer any disadvantages under labour law. This also applies if a reported suspicion subsequently turns out to be unfounded.
You can contact us by telephone or e-mail if you have any queries. In case of doubt, it makes sense to use the whistleblower system. Our trusted lawyers handle incoming reports responsibly and prudently and process them against the background of a wealth of experience.
